My approach to therapy

I place an emphasis on building rapport with my patients. I believe in a nonjudgmental approach that emphasizes listening and building adaptive coping skills. My primary treatment modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I place further emphasis on relaxation techniques and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions. We will then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This is a collaborative approach which will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I will ask you about your goals for treatment and prioritize these goals in our future sessions.
