Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! I’m Ashley, a licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges.

I earned my MSW from the University of Kentucky and I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

Whether you’re seeking support for a specific concern or simply want to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you find balance, clarity, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem and life stressors. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, my main goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming space where you feel safe to share your story at your own pace. I understand that beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain, so I take time to get to know you, learn about what brings you in, and explore what you’d like to gain from our work together.

During this session, we’ll talk about your current concerns, any relevant background information, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. I’ll also share a bit about my approach, answer any questions you have, and collaborate with you to set realistic goals for our work.

Clients often leave the first session with a clearer understanding of what therapy will look like, a sense of direction, and the reassurance that this is a supportive, judgment-free environment where they can be themselves. My focus is always on building trust, fostering openness, and helping you take the first steps toward meaningful growth and change.
