Great to meet you!

Seeking support takes courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where we can explore what's keeping you stuck and build practical tools that help you move toward the life you want.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, perfectionism, self-worth concerns, and depression. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major change, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, we'll work together to develop lasting skills and meaningful insight.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Houston. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both California and Texas and provide secure telehealth therapy to adults in both states.

If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is personalized and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other strengths-based approaches. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor therapy to your unique goals, experiences, and personality.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe my style as warm, compassionate, practical, and down-to-earth. I strive to balance empathy with gentle accountability, helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and create sustainable change both in and outside of our sessions.
