Great to meet you!

I’m someone who shows up with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine belief in your ability to create change. I take a collaborative, strengths based approach and focus on helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward the life you want. I’m practical, down‐to‐earth, and committed to making our work feel supportive, respectful, and empowering.

If you’re local, I offer outdoor walk & talk sessions, where we combine gentle movement, fresh air, and conversation. Many people find that walking side by side helps ease stress, boosts mood, and makes it easier to open up.

My approach to therapy

I have over 15 years of experience in the social work field supporting children and adults experiencing trauma, severe mental illness, substance abuse, incarceration, hospitalization, and involvement in the child welfare systems.

I am client centered and each session is individualized to your needs. I will challenge you to think outside the box while being supportive & respectful.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is where I get the opportunity to learn about you, what brings you to therapy, what has been going well, and your ultimate goals.
