Great to meet you!

Welcome to Strength in Diversity Therapy Center

As a multicultural Marriage and Family Therapist, my mission is to support every individual who walks through my door with compassion, respect, and a commitment to growth. At Strength in Diversity, you will be welcomed and accepted—regardless of your race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or background. Here, diversity is not only acknowledged but celebrated.

I specialize in:

  • Individual Therapy
  • Couples Therapy
  • Family Therapy
  • Group Counseling

My clients present with a wide range of concerns, but many come seeking deeper self-understanding and connection. My primary therapeutic focus is on identity development—helping you explore who you are and how you relate to the world around you. I also frequently work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression. I have worked extensively with individuals and couples in the LGBTQIA community, as well as individuals and couples of diverse religious and cultural backgrounds.

Therapy with me is a collaborative, nonjudgmental journey. I'm not here to tell you what to do—I'm here to walk beside you as you discover your own answers and grow into the person you were always meant to be.

I accept most major insurance plans and offer a sliding scale fee based on income, because access to quality mental health care should not be a privilege—it should be a right.

When you leave my therapy room, it is my hope that you will feel rejuvenated, empowered, and ready to take on the world.
