Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I genuinely love helping people feel more grounded, understood, and hopeful. Before becoming a PMHNP, I spent many years in special education, which taught me patience, empathy, and how to connect with people in a real, human way.

I work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and eating‐disorder‐related concerns. My style is calm, supportive, and down‐to‐earth I want you to feel comfortable being yourself from the very first session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is simple: we work together. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface. I’m collaborative and transparent, and I tailor treatment to your needs; not a one‐size‐fits‐all plan.

I use a trauma‐informed, holistic style that blends practical strategies with medication support when appropriate. My goal is to help you feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported while we build a plan that fits your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You’ll share what’s been going on, what you’re hoping to change, and what you need from me. I’ll guide the conversation gently, explain your options clearly, and make sure you feel heard.

By the end, you’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of your symptoms, a plan for next steps, and the reassurance that you’re not navigating this alone. I aim to create a warm, comfortable space where you can breathe, open up, and feel supported.
