Great to meet you!

I’m Ashley, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Maitland, FL. I’m a cat mom, Aquarius, and someone who believes curse words are sentence enhancers. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD and more utilizing EMDR therapy, ACT, mindfulness and other tools.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes life has you saying this – is bananas, and at the end of the day I want my client's to get what they need out of each session. Sometimes that means holding space for you to talk about it, helping you to build the skills and tools to manage it, or it may be working through and letting go of the past while helping you to better understand yourself.

What you can expect from me

I became a counselor because I believe that humans are resilient and have the ability to grow and break cycles when given the right resources. I feel honored to be able witness and support people as they find wholeness, healing, and peace within themselves. We may not have had control over the things that have happened to us, but lucky for us we have the power to choose to heal from them. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to blooming into your most authentic self.
