Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health counselor committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, life transitions, and grief. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. My practice is centered on providing compassionate and effective support tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. This flexibility allows me to customize treatment to suit each client’s specific circumstances and goals. I view therapy as a collaborative process where you are the expert in your own life, and I act as a guide to help you learn, grow, and rediscover your strengths.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and equipped with practical tools to manage life’s challenges. My goal is to help you improve your overall happiness, enhance self-awareness, and build confidence in navigating life’s transitions. Whether you need a teacher, a guide, or simply someone to listen, I am here to help. Together, we will work toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-discovery in a therapeutic environment that fosters growth and empowerment.
