Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Ashley, and I'm happy you're here. I am an LICSW that has experience working in a number of settings including residential treatment, schools, and inpatient level of care. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology at Gettysburg College, and then earned my MSW at Boston College. I work with a number of different modalities including DBT, CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Strengths Based approach. I also have direct experience with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, relational, and focused on meeting my clients wherever they are at in their journey. I believe that everyone deserves a space to process, vent, and better understand their internal experience.

What you can expect from me

In the first session together, we will begin to explore what brings you to the therapy space. This can include reviewing the initial assessment, setting goals, and collaborating on how I can best provide support. We're a team!
