Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, light-hearted therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling understood. I work with teens, adults, and couples to help them explore their emotions, strengthen relationships, and build self-awareness. I bring humor and creativity into the therapy space to make even the hard work feel approachable. My background includes experience in anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma-informed care. I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in curiosity, connection, and collaboration. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be one of the most powerful tools for change, so I focus on building trust and safety first. Together, we look at current struggles while also exploring how past patterns may still be shaping your experiences today. I integrate mindfulness, emotional attunement, and evidence-based techniques that are tailored to fit your unique personality and needs. I love helping clients discover insights, notice growth, and find practical ways to move forward that feel natural to them.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space for you to exhale. You can expect a calm, down to earth environment where we’ll get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask questions to better understand your goals and background, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, supported, and hopeful that therapy can help you move toward the life you want at your own pace.
