Great to meet you!

I have pursued this career ever since I was a Sophmore in high school. I’ve always known this was my passion and it was what I was meant to do. My job positions have ranged from career counseling, a QMHP inpatient, community counseling with youth, to my current position at the local VA.

I graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with a Bachelor of Science in Pyschology. I immediately moved into my graduate program at Walden University, majoring in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My approach to therapy

I will always allow my client to direct our sessions and what they’d like to discuss.

What you can expect from me

The minimum a client can expect to leave with is awareness. But an awareness of oneself is an ultimate reward to understanding where our mood, thoughts and behaviors stem from. The most one can leave with an overall sense of empowerment and resolution within themselves. Either way and in between, the client wins!
