Great to meet you!

Hi ya'll! Welcome to my Headway page. My name is Ashley Viramontes and I am queer woman of Mexican decent. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to advocating for communities in need and I am pleased to be able to provide brave creative spaces for my clients to express themselves free of judgment. My goal is for BIPOC folx to feel comfortable while on their therapy journey.

My approach to therapy

The approaches I use include; client-centered therapy being that folx are experts of their own lives. Along with a trauma-informed therapy, being sensitive to those who have knowingly and unknowingly experienced trauma. Understanding the origins of one's thoughts is key to rediscovery and being real with is the only way while pulling on one's strengths.

What you can expect from me

One can only go as deep as they have went within themselves and if you are willing to dig deep within yourself, I believe it's a step worth taking. I would like to be part of that journey alongside you so that you can achieve your therapy goals. If this sounds like a change you wish to choose, you can reach me via phone or email. Sending healing vibrations.
