Great to meet you!

You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful. You might be navigating mood shifts, relationship challenges, trauma, or questions around identity or neurodivergence, and want a deeper understanding of yourself. You’re looking for more than quick fixes—you want insight, relief, and meaningful change. You may value a therapeutic space that feels supportive, genuine, and human, where humor is welcomed alongside deeper work, and where you can show up as you are while building self-awareness, balance, and connection.

I work with teens and adults using a person-centered, integrative approach tailored to each individual. I’m EMDR trained and support clients with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, attachment, neurodivergence, and relationship concerns. I focus on the whole person—emotional, relational, and experiential—to support lasting growth and healing.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and you don’t need to have it all figured out. I aim to offer a space that feels human, supportive, and collaborative. I show up authentically and value therapeutic relationships where you feel supported, challenged, and understood. If you’re ready to explore what’s next, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily person-centered and integrative. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities to meet each client where they are. I focus on the whole person—emotional, relational, and experiential—and enjoy walking alongside clients as they gain insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me tend to be laid back and collaborative; you can expect direct, insightful conversations. I show up authentically and value creating a strong therapeutic partnership where you feel supported, challenged, and understood. Whether you’re seeking relief from specific symptoms or looking to better understand yourself and your patterns, I’m here to help you navigate that process in a way that feels respectful and empowering.
