Great to meet you!

“Have you been carrying a lot, but haven’t had a place to truly unpack it?” I offer a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, creating a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Sessions move at your pace, with a focus on understanding the root of what you’re experiencing—not just managing symptoms. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and self-esteem, and I am trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR). My work includes supporting adults from all walks of life, including veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, men and women, human trafficking victims, domestic violence victims, high-acuity clients, and those receiving care at different levels of intensity. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build effective coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental way, meeting each person where they are. I specialize in trauma-informed care and bring many years of experience working in mental health and addictions. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, using evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I focus on helping clients feel safe, build effective coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients are welcomed into a safe, caring space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported. Care is trauma-informed and shaped by many years of experience in mental health and addictions, with approaches tailored to each person’s needs and goals. Work often focuses on building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, boosting resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change. The goal is to help clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges at a pace that feels right for them.
