Ashley Whittemore

Hi! I'm Ashley, a dynamic and compassionate NJ state licensed mental health counselor who is committed to supporting individuals on their wellness journeys. I hold a Master’s degree with distinction in Counseling from Kean University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from Saint Joseph’s University. Whether facing life transitions, struggling with anxiety, or seeking personal growth, I'm is here to support individuals on their journey towards self-discovery.

I maintains a person-centered approach and take pride in being able to authentically connect with others. My approach to therapy is integrative, blending techniques from solution-focused theory, cognitive behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices.

Through a compassionate and non-judgmental lens, I create a safe space for individuals to explore their identities, navigate life’s obstacles, and have some fun along the way!
