Great to meet you!

Growing up is hard—whether it’s anxiety, depression, school stress, social pressures, or behavioral struggles; I am here to provide the guidance and tools needed to move toward healing, connection and a brighter tomorrow. With years of experience as a Licensed Professional counselor, I offer a deep understanding of the unique challenges each stage of life brings. I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults and families.

My approach to therapy

I provide a compassionate, non judgmental space for children, teens, young adults and families. Depending upon your need, we will work together to developing healthy thought patterns and communication skills, strengthen family and peer relationships, address parenting challenges and/or learn how to manage overwhelming emotions.

What you can expect from me

I do this work because I believe, at our core, we all deserve to feel good, to feel seen, and to feel capable of moving toward a brighter tomorrow. You don’t have to have all the answers right now—just the willingness to take the first step. I am here to help guide the way.
