Great to meet you!

As a LCSW, I have extensive experience working with adults in one-on-one therapy as well as group therapy. I received my MSW from UCLA and have been working in community mental health serving adults who struggle with a variety of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and substance use. Seeking therapy can feel intimidating, so I hope to offer you a welcoming environment.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is personal and each person is different, which is why my approach to therapy is client-led and meant to empower you. Therapy can be a blend of talk therapy, meditation, mindfulness activities, or we can work on specific treatment modalities such as CBT or DBT. I will always ask you for feedback and work collaboratively with you to try to figure out what works.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will introduce myself as well as get to know you and what brings you to therapy. I strive to create a warm and safe space and want you to feel comfortable in therapy. We will work together to explore your treatment goals and see if there are any therapy techniques that you might be interested in.
