Great to meet you!

Hey there! I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. I completed my undergraduate degree at Syracuse University and received my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

My approach to therapy

I provide a non-judgmental space for all of my clients to openly share and comfortably process their thoughts and feelings. I believe in a collaborative approach in challenging while empowering clients to appropriately respond and adjust to life's ongoing changes. I typically work with clients facing a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and identity struggles. I also use EMDR to help clients reprocess trauma.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe and supportive space to share your story, goals, and expectations. We'll explore your background, ongoing challenges, and any questions you may have about the therapeutic experience.
