Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with a background in child welfare, crisis intervention, and intensive case management. After earning both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Missouri State University, I transitioned into private practice in 2023 where I discovered a deep passion for holistic, client-centered therapy. My work focuses on supporting individuals as they navigate identity, attachment, and nervous system regulation — all with the goal of creating a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can happen at your pace. I believe therapy should feel human, grounded, and empowering.

My approach to therapy

I believe there’s deep power in the therapeutic relationship itself — it can be a space for real connection, growth, and transformation. In our work together, I see myself as a guide in the process, while you remain the expert of your own experience. My approach blends talk therapy with nervous system regulation techniques, supporting both emotional insight and body-based healing. I strive to create a warm, empathetic space where you feel safe to explore, be challenged, and supported as you move toward healing and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

In therapy with me, you can expect a calm, compassionate environment where you’re met with curiosity, not judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate whatever brings you in. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Whether you’re processing past experiences or navigating present challenges, I aim to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your daily life.
