Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (TX license # 91454). I believe in the power of community and not having to face issues alone. Recognizing and reaching out for support is one of the bravest things a person can do. I've been practicing for 4 years, and my main focus has been tween and adolescents learning to navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and family relationships

My approach to therapy

Every person is different and requires a unique approach. It's important that we create a trusting relationship with open and honest communication. Once our relationship is established, I will challenge and help navigate you on this journey.

What you can expect from me

The first session is so important. I will do my best to create an environment where you feel supported and able to be vulnerable. During this time you will share your story and begin forming an idea of what you'd like to get out of therapy, so that as we work together you move a little closer to achieving those goals.
