Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. My practice is rooted in client-centered care, procedural fairness, and a deep respect for each individual’s lived experience.

Over the years, I’ve worked across inpatient hospital settings and community-based programs, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and supporting clients through emotional, cognitive, and social challenges. I specialize in transitions, trauma-informed care, and integrative modalities that include CBT, ACT, DBT, somatic work, parts work, and person-centered therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, structured, and collaborative. I believe in normalizing imperfection, encouraging reflection, and adapting flexibly to meet your needs. Whether you're navigating a life change, seeking clarity in relationships, or working through complex emotions, I’m here to support you with empathy, rigor, and transparency.

I also offer bilingual services and specialize in translating complex policy and documentation for families and schools, ensuring culturally sensitive communication and advocacy.

What you can expect from me

The first session sets the groundwork for our time together. I’ll focus on understanding not just your challenges, but your strengths, values, and goals. We’ll begin building a trusting, respectful therapeutic relationship through a comprehensive assessment of your history and current concerns. While the process can feel emotionally demanding, it’s key to tailoring support that fits you. I encourage rest and hydration afterward—your comfort matters, and I’m here to guide you with care and professionalism.
