Welcome!! I am so glad that you are here and working on your self-care! I want to start off by saying thank you for sharing your trust with me. I want you to know that I greatly value the trust you have shared with me. Let me introduce myself, I am clinical social worker in Texas. I have been in this field since 2009. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology through University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in 2010 and my Master’s degree through University of Texas at Arlington in 2015.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with a variety of theories and techniques that will be tailored to you and your experiences. There is not a one size fits all for counseling and you are the expert of you. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me and please let me know what styles work best for you so that you can get the best out of this experience. I have experience in assisting with depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, life changes, chronic health issues, and end of life.
