Great to meet you!

Have you been mentally exhausted, overwhelmed, or like you’re constantly trying to keep up while silently struggling underneath it all?

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Many of my clients appear high-functioning outwardly while internally dealing with racing thoughts, difficulty focusing, emotional overwhelm, burnout, irritability, low motivation, or feeling mentally “stuck.” I provide personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care through a combination of medication management and supportive therapy tailored to your individual needs and goals.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free. I believe mental health symptoms are not personal failures, but often the result of how the brain responds to stress, genetics, trauma, and life experiences. I take time to truly listen, understand the bigger picture, and create treatment plans that feel realistic, supportive, and effective, not rushed or one-size-fits-all.

I offer online psychiatric care for adolescents and adults across Virginia, with treatment available for ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, panic attacks, mood instability, emotional burnout, and related concerns. If you’re ready to start feeling more like yourself again, I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

I use a personalized, results-driven approach that combines medication management and therapy in the same visit. This allows for more efficient care, deeper understanding, and faster symptom improvement. Treatment focuses on reducing anxiety and overthinking, improving focus and executive functioning, and building practical strategies that help you feel more stable, more in control, and better equipped to manage everyday challenges.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will complete a comprehensive evaluation where I take time to understand your symptoms, history, and goals. We’ll discuss what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you’re hoping to change. From there, we’ll create a clear, individualized treatment plan, which may include medication, or both medication paired with therapy. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling understood, supported, and with a clear path forward. Book online today.
