Great to meet you!

I believe that it is an honor to walk alongside my clients in their mental health journey. I have experience with a wide variety of mental health needs, especially depression, anxiety, and trauma. I work with clients ages 18 and older, as well as families and couples. I'm a good choice for clients who want individualized sessions that focus on both their immediate and long-term needs. I emphasize learning and use of skills that are effective for that particular client to meet their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I usually use a combination of person-centered therapy, CBT, and DBT, though this varies based on client needs. I also incorporate a trauma-based approach in services to respond to all life's traumas, large and small. I encourage clients to learn and practice skills outside of session to help improve their life overall - not just when they're in the therapy space.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to help you meet your goals through whatever methods are effective for you personally. I believe that treatment is fluid and should change as the client's needs change through their life experiences. We will create and modify goals together to meet your real-life, individualized needs that focus on measurable, identifiable change to help you know that you are on the path to the life you want to build.
