Hi, my name is Ashlyn and I have been in the social work field for over 12 years. My experience ranges from working with individuals with intellectual abilities, group facilitation, domestic violence advocacy, therapy and public health social work. I I love the work that I do.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked with a variety of clients on issues ranging from stress management, anxiety, depression, postpartum, family, trauma and martial problems. I have worked with many individuals of all color, culture, religion, background and experiences I use a variety of therapeutic frameworks. I'm constantly learning and maintaining my competency of skills.
