My approach to therapy

Overall, I love people. I love meeting new people and working with them to accomplish big goals. I consider it a privilege to meet each one of my clients and an honor to join with them as a team. As a therapist, I attempt to assist each client with defining their own goals. It is my job, and creative adventure, to guide them through making them happen. Therapy is an active adventure! I am always thrilled to watch my clients grow into the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

We will start out by getting to know each other. I believe it is important to understand and learn from one another, in order to determine the length of treatment and the goals that will be made. I would ideally like to hear about the client's background and current concerns that made them make the decision to enroll in treatment. Starting treatment is a brave decision towards lasting change. We will work towards solutions and building skills together. You are not alone!
