Hi, I’m Ashlyn — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with specialized experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and have worked with individuals across the lifespan navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, compassion fatigue, and major life transitions.
My approach is both person-centered and solution-focused: I believe therapy should meet you where you are, while also helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
