Great to meet you!

As a clinician, I am passionate about providing individualized care. I believe that providing care and support tailored to each case allows for the most growth. I have experience working in a variety of settings, including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and general outpatient. That experience has allowed me to gain comfortability and knowledge working with a diverse group of individuals. I am also a certified kink and poly informed clinician, and work as a gender affirming and sex positive professional.

My approach to therapy

From the beginning, I do not expect every person to inherently trust me. Trust is something that takes time and experience to progress. My approach to therapy is based on identifying your own strengths, deepening self-compassion and acceptance, and working collaboratively towards your goals. My style is flexible, warm, and engaging. As a neurodivergent clinician myself, I prioritize client accomodations before all else.

What you can expect from me

My goal is that clients experience a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. I want each person to feel heard, understood, and supported. The first few sessions will focus on us getting to know each other and begin developing a working relationship. I also welcome any feedback that will lead to a betterment of the client's experience and lead to long-lasting growth.
