Great to meet you!

My style is warm, validating, and compassionate, while also being honest and intentional. I believe therapy should feel supportive but also purposeful. As our therapeutic relationship grows, I offer direct feedback and thoughtful challenges to help you move out of patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, my goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of control over your life. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, and depression. I use evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and I am trained in EMDR. An evidence-based approach that helps clients process trauma and distressing experiences in a way that feels manageable and empowering.

My approach to therapy

I work mainly from a CBT approach, and I am also trained in EMDR. As a counselor I show compassion and acceptance to every client I work with, and hope to serve all populations and people from all walks of life.

What you can expect from me

Through collaboration with the client identify their goals or hopes for what counseling can help with. I seek to create a safe space for them, where they can feel comfortable and at ease. To where it encourages healing, and a safe environment to process their thoughts and emotions. It’s an honor to get to work with my clients, and to help them on their journey.
