Great to meet you!

I have a masters in clinical counseling from Hardin-Simmons University, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have a history of working with acute mental illness, and worked for a couple years contracted with universities to provide counseling to college aged individuals. I am passionate about working with woman who have experienced pregnancy loss and infertility.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work mainly from a CBT approach, and I am also trained in prolonged exposure therapy. As a counselor I show compassion and acceptance to every client I work with, and hope to serve all populations and people from all walks of life.

What you can expect from our first session

I work from a CBT approach, and through collaboration with the client identify their goals or hopes for what counseling can help with. I seek to create a safe space for them, where they can feel comfortable and at ease. To where it encourages healing, and a safe environment to process their thoughts and emotions. It’s an honor to get to work with my clients, and to help them on their journey.
