Great to meet you!

Whether you are attending therapy for the first time or looking to return to the process, I'm really happy that you are here! Therapy is not easy work, but it is essential to our well-being and you deserve to prioritize yourself. I support adults who feel stuck in patterns that leave them drained, unheard, or disconnected from themselves. Sometimes that looks like low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, or difficult relationship dynamics. I also work closely with those navigating ADHD, using a strength-based approach to build confidence, fulfillment and success.

My approach to therapy

I value being present and engaged during my time with clients. I ask the right questions, offer new perspectives, and help to connect the dots so real change can happen. As a team, we’ll set goals and I’ll keep us accountable to ensure progress. This is a safe and non-judgmental space so you can feel comfortable to show up authentically.

What you can expect from me

We'll spend our first session discussing your goals, treatment preferences, history, and anything else you would like me to know about you or that you would like to know about me. I respect your time, so the way we spend our sessions will be determined by your preferences and what you need that day. I commit to making our time together collaborative, intentional and human. When you're ready to begin, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to answer any questions and see if we’re a good fit.
