Great to meet you!

If you are a Gen Z or millennial woman who is a therapist for everybody in your life, you know what it’s like to put your own needs on hold while supporting everyone else. Maybe you grew up too fast, learned how to keep the peace, and became the responsible one long before you were ready. Taking care of others may have helped you feel in control when things felt chaotic or unsafe. But now, even though you tell yourself you’re fine, your anxiety, racing thoughts, and constant self-doubt say otherwise.

My approach to therapy

Many of the women I work with come to therapy because they’re exhausted from holding everything together. They struggle to ask for help, feel guilty setting boundaries, and end up feeling resentful when their needs continue to be overlooked. They’re high-functioning on the outside but feel burnt out and overwhelmed on the inside.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a place where you don’t have to be the responsible one. You don’t have to manage anyone else’s emotions. Together, we slow things down and focus on you: what you want, what you need, and how to stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace. If this resonates with you, I invite you to contact me for a consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
