Great to meet you!

Hi there! I know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to make that process a little easier. In my practice, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change. I also love that having fun and exploring new things together in the therapy space is totally encouraged! Everyone’s path is unique, so we’ll tailor our work to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need from your time in counseling. I want to empower you to be your most authentic self during our work together. Whether we’re digging deep or celebrating small wins, I’m here for all of it!

My approach to therapy

I support people as they make sense of relationships, change, anxiety, trauma, and self-worth. I understand the impact of complex cultural and family dynamics and am especially passionate about supporting young adults, women, and the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I’m EMDR-trained to support healing at a safe, empowering pace.

What you can expect from me

In session, you can expect a space that’s collaborative, nonjudgmental, and supportive—a place where all your emotions are welcome (yes, even the messy ones!). My aim is to help you. The therapeutic relationship is a partnership, and I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey of self-exploration and growth. It would be an honor to work with you!
