Great to meet you!

I am a first generation of Nepali American cis-gendered womxn who has been working in this field for 8+ years. I am deeply passionate about this work because I believe in people’s capacity to heal, grow, and redefine themselves beyond their past experiences and/or present stressors. It’s incredibly meaningful to witness individuals build self-compassion, find their voice, and create lives that feel more aligned, authentic, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize collaboration while using a trauma-informed lens in my work, and stay client-centered. The primary focus is on supporting clients to make sense of their experiences and reclaim their sense of agency using narrative therapy, while also incorporating practical tools from DBT and CBT to build emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthier mindset. When appropriate, I use EMDR to help process unresolved trauma at a deeper level. I believe therapy should be both reflective and actionable—honoring your story while helping you move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels safe.

I blend depth-oriented trauma work with practical, real-life skills. I strive to meet clients exactly where they are, honoring cultural identity, life transitions, and the complexities of each individual’s story. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, therapy with me is tailored, flexible, & rooted in genuine connection.

What you can expect from me

A supportive and grounding environment where we focus on getting to know you—your experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals for therapy. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, establish emotional safety, and begin identifying patterns or concerns that may be impacting your well-being.
