Great to meet you!

I work with young adults who are carrying more than they let on, anxiety that won't quiet down, ADHD that makes daily life feel harder than it should, complicated feelings about their bodies, or the invisible weight of being from an

immigrant or first-generation family. I'm a first-generation Indian woman myself, and I bring that perspective into the room in a real way. I understand what it means to move between cultural worlds, to feel pressure from all directions, and to have emotions that don't always have a clean name. My approach is grounded, personalized, and never one-size-fits-all.

My approach to therapy

I draw from psychodynamic thinking and cognitive-behavioral tools depending on what's most useful for you, which usually means a mix of understanding where

patterns come from and building concrete ways to shift them. I pay close attention to how culture, identity, family dynamics, and past relationships shape how you see yourself and relate to others. Sessions feel like real conversations. I'll challenge you thoughtfully, celebrate your wins, and sit with you through the

hard parts.

What you can expect from me

Expect to be heard without judgment and to be asked questions that actually make you think. I'll want to understand what's brought you here right now, what you've tried before (and whether it helped), and what you're hoping to feel differently. We'll start building a picture of your life together, and by the end of the session, you should have a clear sense of whether this feels like the right fit. There's no pressure, just an open conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
