Great to meet you!

Welcome! Throughout my career, I have dedicated my time and energy to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges. It has truly been an honor and a privilege to watch them grow and reach their full potential. I do my best to take an empathetic and non-judgmental approach. That is why it is incredibly important for me to build a safe, supportive, and trusting relationship with the people that I work with. I strive to find a balance between working hard to succeed at your goals and creating a calm, creative, and sometimes humorous therapeutic environment.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients on various issues ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma, including helping individuals who have been victims of crime, sexual abuse, family violence as well as grief and loss. In addition, I help clients work on issues related to stress, emotional regulation, relationships, self-harm, or suicidal ideation.

What you can expect from me

Entering into a therapeutic relationship can sometimes feel overwhelming or a little scary. That is why I always start with an introductory session, where we will have an opportunity to get to know one another. I work to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. If you feel that we are a good fit, we will move forward together to achieve your goals.
