Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you found me! Here's a little about my background: I received a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience and an Education Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of South Carolina. I work with adults dealing with topics such as anxiety, depression, self-confidence, LGBTQ+ issues, adjustment disorders, boundary setting, interpersonal problems, and communication.

My approach to therapy

I understand and value that every person comes to counseling with their own strengths, needs, and unique perspective; because of this, I utilize a holistic, individualized approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

Above all else, I believe the first step to real therapeutic change begins with creating an environment where clients can feel safe and comfortable. We'll work together to explore your life story at your own pace; we'll then collaborate together to create your individualized therapy goals.
