Great to meet you!

Growing up as part of a military family, I have lived on opposite sides of the United States, the Midwest, and even lived internationally during college. Now, as a wife and mother, as well as working professional, I can relate to the joys, challenges, and everything in between which life brings. These experiences have not only helped make me who I am today, but assist in my ability to provide an empathic approach and understanding in my clinical practice.

My approach to therapy

Regarding specific styles or modalities, I believe it is important to assess the needs of the client and determine what treatment options or methods will benefits the needs and goals of the client. My specialties include: families, pregnancy & motherhood, military families, first responders & their families, mental health diagnoses, comorbid diagnoses, preteens and teens, work or school issues, relationships, trauma, chronic pain/illness, and more.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to not only provide counseling, but to empower clients to get through whatever it is in life they are facing via various modalities of talk therapy, providing them with individualized information and tools, in order to give them confidence back to face said challenges and achieve their desired goals.
