I have been practicing since June 2018 and have experience working in outpatient, educational, and private practice settings. I am skilled at working with many mental health concerns but focus on helping adolescents and adults with ADHD and Autism.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a total mind and body wellness standpoint and help my clients build a solid foundation to grow from. I believe in creating a welcoming and affirming space for all individuals where they feel seen, safe, and heard.

What you can expect from me
