Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychologist in Florida and earned my doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University. I specialize in helping women navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and struggles with self-worth. I particularly enjoy working with women who are trying to reconnect with themselves, better understand their needs, and feel more confident in who they are.

Whether you're navigating a breakup, adjusting to a new relationship, healing from past experiences, or simply feeling unsure of yourself in your current stage of life, my goal is to help you feel understood and supported as you find your way forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring difficult emotions, and gaining a deeper understanding of the patterns and experiences that have shaped you.

Together, we'll explore how past experiences may be influencing your relationships, emotions, and beliefs about yourself today. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help you process difficult experiences, strengthen your sense of self-worth, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what you've been experiencing, relevant aspects of your personal history, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together.

In therapy with me, you can show up exactly as you are. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We can laugh together, cry together, and make space for whatever comes up. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I'll help guide the conversation, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
