Specializes in

PTSD and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with First Responders and adults who have experienced traumatic events. As a Licensed Professional Counselor who is also credentialed as an Art Therapist, my clients have the option of including creativity in their treatment plan to help them achieve their goals. I am also able to help anyone who is struggling to navigate their relationships, life transitions, self esteem, or wants to change negative patterns of thinking or behaving.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with my clients, putting the puzzle pieces together to understand the big picture and then determining their goals and a course of action. I can be fluid and supportive, or take a more structured approach depending on the needs of each client.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal first and foremost is to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with each client, helping them to feel valued and understood. They will gain a better understanding and acceptance of themselves and learn how to navigate challenges more effectively. If they've experienced a traumatic event(s), then they will be able to think about the event without feeling distressed after working with me.
