Great to meet you!

Welcome - I'm glad you're here.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia and Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP) with 3+ years experience helping children, teens, and adults navigate life's challenges and find meaning in their life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in the belief that every person has the potential for growth, healing, and transformation. I am passionate about working with individuals who are ready to create change, even when that process feels challenging. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy, while building on each client’s unique strengths.

I view therapy as a collaborative journey in which you are the expert on your own life. My role is to offer a compassionate, curious, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to deepen self-awareness, build a greater sense of freedom and purpose, and help you discover your own path toward growth, healing, and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session allows the opportunity to get to know one another and determine if we are a good fit. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges, develop practical tools, and reconnect with a sense of balance and self-worth. My goal is to help you cultivate more fulfilling relationships, increase life satisfaction, and improve overall well-being. In the first session, you can expect to share more about what is causing you to seek out therapy and what you hope to get out of counseling—your goals, concerns, and what feels most important to you.
