Great to meet you!

I love helping others achieve their most fabulous life!

" How can I move forward" is something, I will ask you to ask yourself often

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tend to do a lot of listening and give support! You will find that I often empower my clients by enabling you to decide what is the best direction for a session by asking what is most beneficial for us to accomplish in session together.

In my active listening, you may find that I challenge you on something you said or help you reflect on the best way to approach problems that you may want to solve.

I take an eclectic approach and may pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

It is my hope that clients will take away feeling supported and heard. That clients will feel empowered and hopeful and ready to lead a more fabulous life!
