Great to meet you!

I earned my B.S. in Psychology from UMass Amherst and my Master's in Social Work from Columbia University. I've been practicing since 2019 (LCSW since 2024), working with adults and young adults on anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client, helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make real, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in creating a space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their experiences. I draw on trauma informed approaches, attachment theory, and other evidence based techniques to help clients gain insight, process past wounds, and build healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. I work collaboratively with each client to help them move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brings you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. This is also your chance to ask me questions and see if it feels like a good fit. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to. By the end, we'll start shaping a plan for what our work together could look like.
