Great to meet you!

I'm honored to support you through a diverse range of concerns such as Influence of Childhood Bonding and Attachment, Intimate Partner Violence, Vocational Guidance, Family Conflict, Fostered, Adopted, and Aging-Out Youth Advocacy, Self-Regulation Techniques, and Life Transitions. To best serve you, I will explore all therapeutic options and modalities based on your strengths and needs. Call for additional availability.

My approach to therapy

I believe in paying it forward with a unique empathy that comes from tackling a wide range of personal adversities. I know the grit that it takes to push through some of the most uncomfortable, hardest, and scariest times, which are too often experienced in solitude. A change in thinking patterns can bring about new perspective to help to alleviate conditioned behaviors and I will support you in exercising your power to create a new narrative in the areas of life you come seeking to change.

What you can expect from me

With empathy, patience, and evidence-based intervention, I hope to provide you with positive experiences and opportunities to learn and practice new skills for increasing your quality of life; this is your story, and it is an honor for me to become an added support as you navigate life challenges and celebrate your accomplishments.
