Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Asia! Most of my experience has been working with survivors of trauma, mainly domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood abuse, community violence and racial trauma. While my areas of expertise and specialized training are trauma-focused, I also work a lot with clients who are having trouble adjusting to or making sense of the current phase of their lives. Let's work together to reduce feelings of inadequacy, anxiety and depression so you can feel whole again.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Every person is different, and therefore, I use a variety of treatment approaches to best support my clients including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Solution Focused Brief therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that everyone has the ability to live a life where they can feel fulfilled, regardless of what obstacles and challenges life has thrown at them! I use a humanistic, person-centered approach to therapy. I aim to help you have a better understanding of your feelings and experiences so that you can become a stronger, healthier you.
