I believe in the evidence based practice of medicine that includes multi-faceted approach to treatment, including biological (medications, light therapy, ECT), psychological (Individual psychotherapy-CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, interpersonal, problem solving as well as groups and family therapies), social (work, school, community based interventions), spiritual etc. My mission is to fight mental illness as an expert, to improve life standards of clients and to get help to people in need.
