Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Zargaran, a licensed clinical psychologist with seven years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. I’ve worked in various settings, including rehabilitation centers, residential facilities, and the prison system, giving me a well-rounded perspective on mental health challenges. I aim to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space to work together to help you build resilience and achieve your personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is personalized to meet you where you are in your journey. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychoanalysis, and narrative therapy to help you identify limiting beliefs, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and develop a more empowering and meaningful life narrative. Together, we will work toward greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves, practical tools to navigate challenges, and a greater sense of empowerment in their lives. My goal is to help clients develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier thought patterns while creating a safe and supportive environment for exploration and growth.
