Aslynn Charles-Leonis, LMHC, is the Founder and Executive Director of Healing On Purpose Counseling & Education, a Central Florida-based organization dedicated to providing culturally authentic and clinically sound mental health services. A proud graduate of Florida A&M University (FAMU) and Capella University, Aslynn brings over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to her work in the field of mental health and community wellness.
Through Healing On Purpose, Aslynn leads a team that offers individual and group counseling, community mental health education, faith-integrated support groups, and targeted focus group facilitation to assess and respond to local mental health needs. She is also deeply experienced in organizing and facilitating community-wide mental health summits that promote awareness, resilience, and holistic healing.
Aslynn’s passion for helping others is rooted in personal experience. Having overcome her own life challenges, she brings a deep sense of compassion and relatability to her work. Her journey of healing and growth fuels her mission to help others navigate their paths toward wholeness and purpose.
Outside of her professional life, Aslynn finds joy in spending time with her family. She is happily married to her husband of 13 years and is the proud mother of three beautiful children—ages 9, 10, and her miracle baby girl, age 18 months
