Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and board‐approved supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. I’m passionate about helping people strengthen their emotional well‐being, navigate challenges with confidence, and build healthier patterns in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and solution‐focused. We’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way, identify your strengths, and develop strategies you can start using right away. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in trauma‐informed, strengths‐based care. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and start identifying tools and approaches that fit you best. You can expect a supportive, non‐judgmental environment where your experiences are honored and your voice guides the process.
